We were approached by a prominent Illinois real estate developer to design and permit a new retail dispensary located in a former bank building in the city of Peoria. As this was their first foray into the cannabis space, they relied on Studio Bliss to provide a full-service support package, including regulatory navigation and design execution.

To ensure a cohesive and consumer-friendly brand presence, we brought in a trusted creative collaborator to lead the store branding. The client’s goal was clear: create a dispensary design that looks and feels like a familiar, approachable neighborhood fixture — not a sleek, intimidating retail concept.
