The client engaged us to design a custom retail space in Sunland Park, New Mexico, building on the success of their cultivation site just steps away. Situated in a fast-growing commercial corridor near the Texas border, the retail facility is poised to capture significant foot and drive-through traffic from both local and cross-state customers.

As a continuation of our previous collaboration, the client tasked our New Mexico cannabis architects with creating a welcoming, compliant, and brand-forward dispensary environment. This included a full-service retail floor plan, dedicated drive-through lane for cannabis sales, and flexible space planning for future multi-tenant occupancy.

For this project, Studio Bliss provided an integrated scope of cannabis dispensary design services, covering architectural layout, interior design, code compliance, branding integration, and signage. We also assisted with jurisdictional approvals, working closely with local regulatory agencies to meet all zoning and building requirements.
