Studio Bliss partnered with Imperium Roots to deliver a state-of-the-art Texas cannabis facility design in Odessa, TX. This 20,100 sq ft hemp cultivation and extraction project required a high-performance environment to support cultivation, processing, and distribution while meeting strict building, safety, and accessibility codes. Our scope included the full interior build-out of a pre-engineered metal structure with specialized areas for cultivation, cloning, extraction, drying/curing, and packaging. The layout also provided space for future retail operations, administrative offices, and secure circulation, helping set a benchmark for how to design a dispensing organization in Texas.

Working closely with Imperium Roots, our team integrated advanced irrigation, fertigation, air handling, and energy-efficient systems to maximize operational output. The facility incorporates rolling bench systems, aeroponic cloning racks, and dedicated extraction and lab areas to support scalability as regulations evolve. This comprehensive approach to Texas cannabis facility design ensures Imperium Roots is positioned for growth in the state’s expanding hemp and medical cannabis markets.
