Our client, a retired cardiologist with a forward-thinking and health-conscious mindset, acquired an entire campus of warehouses that were formerly a cereal factory. The vision for this project was to transform the space into a state-of-the-art hemp extraction facility designed to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, equivalent to pharmaceutical-grade quality.
